Struggling with relationship issues can be daunting! Connecting with a counsellor can offer you a confidential space, a new perspective, and tools to help! You can download the Informed Consent document (under Services) and bring it with you, or we can go over it together during your first session.

For cancellations, please contact us 24 hours before your appointment in order to accommodate the schedule of the therapist and other clients.
